Removal of the clients existing furniture, digitally re-building walls + floors and finishings, if needed.

Our professional in-house photographer will photograph the full listings as it is. They will work in tandem with our design team for recommendations on optimal angles for virtual staging.
You will received 30+ images of the property including exteriors and amenities including the photos needed for the virtual staging.
Options for Matterport and schematic floorplans available.

1. Book Photography OR Send Photos
The first step to our virtual staging is to send photos or book in a time with our in-house photographer. Our photographer will take photos of the full listing including exteriors and amenities. From there we will recommend how many angles to virtual stage and if removals are necessary

2. Quoting
Once photos are completed, then we can review and recommend which photos to virtual stage.

3. Staging and Removal
This is where the magic happens, if you have a direction you would like us to go with the design. Please send images to us prior to the project commencing.
If your property is not vacant then it is likely that we will need to digitally remove items. Removal ranges between $49-$89/image

4. Delivery
Generally, we need 3-5 business days to render and design these spaces.
Rush orders available if needed.
